If I didn't know the story behind that statement, I would brand you a heathen or a witch or a warlock and have you burned at the stake.
For various other reasons, I deserve it.

LMFAO. That would garner indifference on the ESPN boards. Here, you'll at least get this:
Thehed: Would you bear with me for just a second, please?
Cam: OK.
thehed: What if - and believe me this is a hypothetical - but what if you were offered some kind of a weekly byline and a column of your own. Would that do anything for you?
Cam: I don't know, I guess. Listen, I'm gonna go. It's been really nice talking to both of you guys.
thehed: Absolutely, the pleasure's all on this side of the table, trust me.
Cam: Good luck with your layoffs, all right? I hope your firings go really well.
jobu: Excellent.
thehed: Great... Wow.

Yep, bravo. Just like the good ole days.
Bob Magowan: You see, what we're actually trying to do here is, we're trying to get a feel for how people in player development spend their day at work... so, if you would, would you walk us through a typical day, for you?
Peter Tidrow: Yeah.
Bob Magowan: Great.
Peter Tidrow: Well, I generally come in at least fifteen minutes late, ah, I use the side door - that way Sabean can't see me, heh heh - and, uh, after that I just sorta space out for about an hour.
Bob Baer: Aaahhh… space out?
Peter Tidrow: Yeah, I just stare at my desk; but it looks like I'm scouting players on the minor league database. I do that for probably another hour after lunch, too. I'd say in a given week I probably only do about fifteen minutes of real, actual, work

Re: Meh!
Bravo jobu. Bravo.
Bong - That thread you linked about VH was awesome. I especially liked the clip of DLR singing bluegrass. That just ruled.
I still hate the setup on these boards, but being here definitely beats dealing with the morons who remain on the ESPN boards (no offense to Kevin Bhaakon, who does not belong on that list).

Re: Meh!
Cam, I took a ganders at that article - I agree, cop-out city. Uninspired choices, kinda like when the Giant draft position players every June for the last couple of decades.
