someone seriously needs to break schilling's jaw

I am not a big fan of Roger Clemens and it isnt surprising that he "allegedly" used steroids, but it isnt up to Curt Schilling to decide if he is guilty or not....

I honestly pray that this guy gets to start a game in a NL yard next season so somebody can nail this clown in the head when he walks to the plate

lol, well said...

I cant stand this joker either, or Clemens. I've had a passionate hatred for Schilling since he attacked Bonds a few years ago, and an equal hatred for Clemens ever since he retired 5 times, and claimed that he was just tossing Piazza's bat back to the dugout.

Clones AND Clowns.

Better yet, slip him a bovine mickey right before a drug test and watch him squirm on the line.

God Bless Curt Schilling! I couldn’t agree with him more. One of the most important concepts our Founding Fathers agreed upon when forming this great country was the right of every person to be considered guilty until they prove themselves innocent. If Roger Clemens is innocent of the charges leveled against him he should get busy and prove to us he never took steroids.

Either that or we can toss him in a pool to see if he floats.

Schilling’s thoughts on erasing records and stripping awards are from stained players are asinine as his perception of accountability in the minds of fans. His thoughts regarding how the public should view the players he likes and dislikes are meaningless to me, and his inability to communicate his rambling thoughts with any consistency, or more importantly any brevity, further confirm his status as a self important blowhard.

As a counter to his nonsense, one is better served by reading the more thoughtful musing of Schilling’s former teammate Doug Glanville:

http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=3162061

And anything you want to know about the character of these two men, can be found here:

http://espn.go.com/mlb/columns/stark_jayson/1201283.html

As Glanville remembers this poignant tale, he and Schilling were playing a computer game called "EverQuest" -- an online version of Dungeons and Dragons.

"One day," Glanville told Week in Review, "Schill was playing his character, Cylc" -- whom Glanville described as "a dwarven Cleric," whatever that is -- "and he asked me to team up with him in Faydwer, in the zone of the Butcherblock Mountains, to kill Aviaks, which are basically walking birds."

Hang with us here, friends. There will be a baseball point coming.

"My good-natured character, Bingbong," -- whom Glanville described as "a dwarven Paladin," whatever that is -- "was at a little lower level (in status) than his," Glanville said. "So Cylc was better able to withstand the return attacks. Nevertheless, we attack."

So there they were, battling away against those dastardly Aviaks. Suddenly, Glanville began to hear the sound of bones breaking. He quickly deduced those bones belonged to his beloved Bingbong. He looked around for Schilling's guy, Cylc, for assistance.
Oops. No Cylc anywhere in the neighborhood.

"Somewhere in there," Glanville recalled, "he had sent a message to me, saying,
'RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.' But he typed this as he was already a mile away from danger and standing next to the guards that protect him. Needless to say, my lifeless character was now chicken feed."
Little did Schilling know this would some day lead to him giving up two home runs to Glanville in a giant airplane hanger in Arizona. But it's true.

"I vowed revenge on the soul of Bingbong," Glanville said, "for the negligent actions of Cylc."

Let's see...he supports the war...and tells people to prove their innocence or be stripped of everything due to accusation. Yep...he's a republican (or at least one of this age...perhaps not the classic version)...like he reminds people of at every turn...so not shocked at all. Didn't he recently endore McCain? What ego...

It's not that he's a republican that bothers me. Is that he actually believes people give a fack what he thinks. He's not Oprah. He's just some dude who plays baseball in Kennedy's state.
