Quick Reply Box..... New Feature 10-12-06
OK
Underneath the "add reply" button you see a white field.
You can type your reply right into the field and hit reply. This allows you to avoid all the emoticons.
If you want to add emoticons, you can still hit the "add reply" button
New feature, so could be buggy. Let me know if you have issues

Quick Reply Box..... New Feature 10-12-06
Well, Piniella is gone. Thank goodness. He would not have been the fit for this team as they try to restock and get young. I keep seeing a few names and just need to express my opinion on the big names bantered about.
Here are my for sure NOs!!!!
Bob Brenley - lived in AZ while he was there and got to know the AZ team a little through some friends. He won with an old team and would not match what we will be sending out next year.
Dusty Baker - No need to bring him back. With this idea of "rebuilding over the next year, or more, we need to keep pushing forward.
Jim Fregosi - would not be a good fit for the Giants at this time, look at past history with him working on teams that don't have star studded rosters, just isn't pretty. Darn his .488 win percentage overall is not good.
Possible YES!!!
Joe Girardi, Lenn Sakata, Bud Black and Manny Acta - all of these guys can work and have worked with young players, have some history with either our organization, winning or working with a winning organization.
At any rate, we need to settle on the manager position before the end of the WS so that the giants can work toward what direction they want to go with a full team at the top (please BS include the manager in some of the decisions - for your sake, the teams sake and our sake of not going through another losing year).
Hummmmm Baby - Go Giants
