I believe the transfer window officially starts tomorrow.
Which U.S. players will be sold elsewhere? I'm guessing Johnson and Parkhurst are almost automatic. I'm not sure about Altidore, its been rumored that he would like to stay in MLS until 20 but I think there are some great oppurtunities out there for him that he might be forced to go.

Looks like Eddie Johnson is heading to Fulham. Fulham will reportedly pay $5M U.S. for his services. Here's the article:
FoxSoccer.com
CARSON, Calif. (AP) - U.S. forward Eddie Johnson, who has been linked to a possible move to Fulham in England's Premier League, has left the national team's training camp.
Johnson left Sunday, team spokesman Michael Kammarman said Monday. Johnson had been practicing for this weekend's exhibition game against Sweden.
The Washington Post reported on its Web site that Johnson is in "serious negotiations" with Fulham, which is 2-11-9 and next-to-last in the 20-club Premier League, on track to be relegated for next season.
The 23-year-old Johnson has 11 goals in 31 international appearances. In July, he turned down a proposed transfer to Derby, which is last in the Premier League at 1-17-4.

U.S. beats Sweden 2-0 in Carson, California.
Sweden had a lot of their U-21's playing and the U.S. had a pro-MLS roster, so it wasn't either teams "A" squad by any means. Still good to get off to a good start.
Next game is February 6 in Houston against Mexico. Since that date falls on an international break, its likely both U.S. and Mexico will field their full squads. Should be great.

Nevermind.
Bradley brought in more players on Saturday, the majority being European based players and 3 others that are MLS players preparing for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.
The list:
Clint Dempsey, Fulham(England)
Eddie Lewis, Derby County(England)
Benny Feilhaber, Derby County(England)
Freddy Adu, Benfica(Portugal)
Michael Bradley, Heerenveen(Netherlands)
Tim Howard, Everton(England)
Carlos Bocanegra, Fulham(England)
Oguchi Onyewu, Standard Liege(Belgium)
Heath Pearce, Hansa Rostock(Germany)
Bobby Convey, Reading(England)
Bradley also called up the following players from the U-23 camp preparing for the Summer Olympics:
Jozy Altidore, New York
Stuart Holden, Houston
Maurice Edu, Toronto FC
The following players were cut from the roster:
GK: Steve Cronin, Will Hesmer, Zach Wells
D: Dan Califf, Jimmy Conrad, Todd Dunivant, Clarence Goodson
M: Justin Mapp, Kyle Beckerman
F: Taylor Twellman, Chris Rolfe, Jeremiah White
Pat Noonan is now listed as a Forward, as he was previously listed as a Midfielder in the provisional listing. Defender Steve Cherundolo of Hannover 96 in Germany was dropped from Bradley's new listing because of an injury. Looks like both teams have full squads which should make for a better game. I guess my only major question is who starts at GK? Guzan was the MLS keeper of the year and has looked really good so far back there for the U.S., although it is a small sample size. Tim Howard was the #1 GK last year and is more ready to play because he's in mid-season form, while Guzan has played in 1 game since November(MLS season runs from late March to October, November if you make the playoffs, which Guzan did). I'd like to see Guzan experience U.S./Mexico but since Bradley is looking to win this game, I'm guessing he goes with the guy in form, Howard. We'll see.

U.S. and Mexico draw 2-2 in front of 70,000+ in Houston. Jozy Altidore got his first goal as a U.S. senior player.
