Brazil advances to the final after beating Uruguay in penalties. Argentina advances after crushing Mexico 3-0. Brazil/Argentina play on Sunday afternoon for the Copa America.

U.S. under-20 WC team advances to the quarterfinals after defeating Uruguay U-20's 2-1 in OT. Michael Bradley scored the winning goal in the 105th minute. They will face Austria U-20's, with the winner advancing to the semifinals.

I heard Adu is struggling for playing time at Benfica? There's still time for him though. I think he had a good impact in the game as a sub against Switzerland last week for the U.S., that could be a start.

Adu has made the first team. He scored a goal in injury time in a Carlsberg Cup game. He's coming along but still going to have to get his minutes off the bench.
