Great stolen win.

Lets see if the rest of the sharks can get to the level that Nemo is at tonight.

Another big test against the team that knocked us out last year in 4 games.

Re: Re:

The execution on this team all year has been an fing joke.

Every idiot on the team just tries to take the perfect shot everytime and misses the net.

We can average 50 shots a game but most goalies will stop almost all of them because nothing we ever do leads to a good rebound chance and we never screen anybody usually.

Thank god for the huge talent on this team or we would've won about 5 games this year with this POS work ethic, almost every team out works us on any given night.

If were ever going to get to the next level then things better change and it starts with 5 on 5 play.

WE are one of the worst of the elite teams in this category.

Plus Burns has been invisible on the score sheet, I thought this guy was supposed to produce ??

Thoroughly frustrated in the lack of effort 20 games in so far.

We can be so much better than this.

I really don't think the work ethic has been all that bad. Every team is going to go through stretches of poor play. Before the last few games they went through a 12-2-1 stretch or something close to that. It's not even December yet. They'll be fine.

Re: '11/'12 San Jose Sharks thread

Whether they'll be fine is something we'll be doing some serious hand-wringing about in the spring, but I agree that Dec 2 is not the time to get all worked up.

It's not like they have twice as many losses as wins.

Re: '11/'12 San Jose Sharks thread

Last night's game was fun to watch.

A game tying goal by Clowe with only 1:26 left in the third, followed by an action packed yet scoreless OT, followed by a fairly lengthy shootout that saw the Sharks go from just needing a goal to win, then a save to win, then a goal to stay alive, then finally a save by Niemi FTW.

Or something like that.

Man I would really like to see some fing consistancy from this team this year.

They can't play a 60 minute game to save their lives.

The best first period of the year followed up by the worst period of the year.

Maybe they can have a good period in the third and get to the SO again. LOL

Pathetic

I'm not quite sure yet if I like this or not. It's definitely going to take some getting used to.
