Re: Your World Champion San Francisco Giants
GREAT post in a great thread.
I especially enjoyed being reminded of the death of all those past nightmares that will haunt us no more.
Hats off to you Doyle, for having authored the post AND the thread.
Specifically, since this thread originally started off, and was titled as, a "First Place Giants thread" ---And it is also one that was first posted well before the fact of the Championship(s).
Hence it really is a true mojo thread, with success of the highest order imaginable.
I believe that such things as this, do hold water and it is evident that you have pleased the baseball Gods, and they in turn have smiled down upon us greatly.
Which reminds me-- I believe Merk and his ever present and loyal sidekick, Monkey, are due a heartfelt thank you from all of us-- for having provided us this nearly always dooshbag free venue.
And with a shout-out to Croixdestick as well, as she has monitored and filtered out the spammers and trollers during M&M's absence.
(Most of you have not seen her work, since the very nature her work involves us not having to see the unwanted elements that have littered this place from time to time over the past season. So you will just have to take my word for it --she has, in fact, been on the ball.)

Re: Your World Champion San Francisco Giants
I don't deserve any of that stuff, but Merk and Monkey do.
I appreciate this website and am very pleased that it was around for the festivities in Oct-Nov 2010 and Oct 2012.
With luck and continued fine play by the Giants, we'll add to this particular thread in 2013.

Can anyone tell me where the Giants are staying in Arizona this weekend? What hotel they stay at?

Re: Re:
This is from 2006, but some of the hotels could still be accurate.
Some aren't For example, the Giants stay at the Omni in San Diego.

Re: Re:
I missed that. I thought that had every city, my mistake.
Hey Billbird, look under the other teams in the West, it will give an Arizona hotel.
