Great Pics.

Question: So what is Clark's "official" position with the team?

The Giants list his formal position as being "special assistant", same as JT, and Willie Mays.

Re: …

Nothing new available, here is All I could find; from about two weeks ago.
Sorry man, no real update.

On January 20, 2010, Casilla signed a minor league contract with the San Francisco Giants.
Casilla works with a prototypical power pitcher repertoire, chiefly throwing a mid-90s fastball and a hard-breaking slider. He also occasionally mixes in a curveball and changeup.

Casilla awaiting visa clearance: Giants non-roster invitee Santiago Casilla is waiting for visa clearance in the Dominican Republic, manager Bruce Bochy said Thursday. Casilla spent the previous three seasons with Oakland.
(Updated 02/19/2010).

Briefly: A visa issue has delayed the arrival of former A's reliever Santiago Casilla, who will train at the Giants' Dominican Republic facility until he gets the document.
(Updated 02/19/2010).

Injury Report
No information available at this time (Updated 3/7/10).

Fantasy Analysis
Visa issues can sometimes be problematic, but we expect Casilla to eventually show up at camp. Casilla is a former prospect that had closer-like stuff, but he could never harness it and had some injury issues. If he makes the Giants' roster, he will likely work in middle relief. Ignore him in Fantasy until further notice.
(Updated 02/19/2010).
