Down 7 pounds in two weeks, PXP.

How's the working out routine working out?

Haven't been able to workout as much because of tests and what not at college, but have continued eating healthy. Instead of going to the gym though I am trying to spend an hour or so after dinner just going out for a walk and it seems to work well. Down 9 pounds total.

15 pounds down from 2 months ago. Eliminated bread, yeast, sugar, caffeine and alcohol from diet in the short term.

Way to go Byco. I am following a similar plan to you. Anything with bad sugar in it I avoid, and the drinking has stopped for a good 2 months now.

 I assume Yes.
It's a scene from the indie movie "The Temptation of Bugs Bunny"

Good work, byco.

What the purpose of the yeast ban? Or are you just eliminated things dependent on it?

Candida. That's why they all went away. I do not miss them at all.

In the gut. Yes. Much better now. Very nasty when it was at its worst.
