… LOL....Very nice Nine....albeit true...RedAss...I took one dart in the middle of the back and the other in the back of the knee....very brutal...I don't recommend it.
Very bad Idea to call a Cop a "!@#$ Dick" to his face.
Even if he is one.
(and isn't that illegal in itself-- the swearing at a cop?)
Even dumber to repeat it when a Cop asks you what you said.
He had the chance to shut up and he failed, and instead chose to repeat it.
Cop was just doing his job (at first), kid was stupid. Cop got pissed, then the Cop took the physical part of the arrest WAY too far.
Conclusion:
Both of them are idiots who can't control their emotions.
PS- what's the policy on putting someone in a car? is the shove kick AOK?
And where does one draw the line on what's considered refusing to cooperate on getting into the car-- enough so to warrant the kick/shove?
(Unfortunately the video doesn't show enough of it)
Don't tase me bro! No...you can swear at cops. I think it would be stupid because I think that would make a cop WANT to look harder for a reason to cite you.
It looks like, to me...without seeing the whole thing.....a couple of egos getting in the way of each other. Very common in young men and young cops.....not sure how long that guy has been on the Department.
Also it looks like he came out from a citizen complaining about a sewer cover they pried up...and they all could have left without anything if the "one" didn't get mouthy. Cops cut people breaks a ton.....and when someone gets mouthy.....all bets could be off.
The funny thing was the whiney kid that says...."My dad is a fireman...".....whiners.....
Re: Don't tase me bro! I thought that you could cuss all you want at an officer, but if you cuss at him/her while others are around you could receive a citation for Disturbing the Peace, no?
Don't tase me bro! SF probably has a municipal code against it....by letter of the law I don't think that swearing in front of your friends to a cop is disturbing the peace. Depends on the surroundings and people around.
