The Giants resident hard luck bull dog finally got off the schnide with his first victory of the year……..
Fresh off a 2007 filled with poor support from the offense and the bullpen, it seemed that 2008 was déjà vu all over again for Mr More Arm Less Talk…..
But it seemed as the worm as has turned, with a non decision with a late inning homer and an extra inning win versus the Padres …..and NOW FINALLY the 1 in the W Column…….Mr Cain's perseverance is starting to pay off….and now that this weird little streak is over,…….lets get back to the business of being an ACE……

Man what a difference 1 year makes……..basically the same group of clowns that were blown chunks all over AAA and the National League have turned in around and formed them selves into a formidable force with any number of pitcher able to work nigh wire acts

A lead weight around the neck of a team without the talent to make up for his presence……
Zito was never a crafty, control leftie….he was wild and relied upon stuff and a solid defense behind him to become a winner……
Now as his stuff starts to leave him behind, the poor control gets exposed further and our buddy starts to get BANGED like an Underage Country Singer at Roger Clemens house,..
Now the the overpaid demon has been exorsized from the rotation, and cain can take his rightfull place at the top of the rotation as the REAL ACE

Huh? Umpires make calls that favor the Giants?
Speier was getting strikes called that were remanence of Braves in the early 90's while Chulk was getting squeezed harder then a dried up lemon.
Do you mean making the right calls (minus the strike zone) for a change?

you know, you're right....
I've gotten used to getting screwed over the last week or so, I forgot was semi-fair felt like.....if morales had the strike zone other giants opponents had been getting recently.....we woulda been screwed....

Hamels started toward the dugout after what he thought was a strike. Lincecum didn't get the call & buzzed ump Dana DeMuth w. a fastball that slammed off the backstop & then froze Hamels w. another 3rd strike. 4/28/10 Timmy the ump killer.
