Anyone Going to AZ for Spring Training?

If so, please let me know I would like to go this year.

You must have a van or truck with a ramp for wheelchair access.

And lots of ice cold beer and pretzels and other snacks. Maybe some store bought cookies, too.

Regards, Mr. Burglecutt

P.S. if anyone has Giants9 aka Hank's cell phone number, please let me know. I'm sure he will be going to ST if he is not there already. If he has not left yet, maybe he can give me a ride.

Every year, BBonds4 has always offered to "hook you up" with a ride to to the park.
(Well, actually a tow.)
But you have always turned him down.

Since you don't seem to like the idea of being dragged behind a truck with a chain--
Maybe we can work something else out in regards to getting you "rolling on down the highway."

I know you are anxious to get there as soon as possible, so ..What's the top speed of that wheelchair of yours?

If you let me know, then I will set the cruise control to exactly one MPH less than that number, and I am almost always very careful about not suddenly accelerating before slowing down.
(I do have a cold right now though, and might have a knee jerk-gas pedal sneeze reaction, but I promise I'll try my best not to.)

Here is a pic of Ninebuck and Spit on the way to Spring Training through the desert.

Notice that they make excellent bumpers, just in case someone gets rear ended Ninebuck and Spit will make sure that no automobiles will get damaged in an accident. Especially Ninebuck, since he put on a few extra pounds on during the off-season.

I think my joke was better.
And by a lot, especially since it was an original thought..

so tell us, why are you in a wheelchair? I didn't realize that "arm injuries" required wheelchairs?

It's good to see you are still humble.

Doc doesn't want me walking. If I trip and fall on my arm, it will have to be amputated.

I take it "Doc" was aware that you tend to trip and fall on your stumpy arm side quite often?

That's quite a tragic story, I never knew that a bandaged arm injury would require amputation if accidentally bumped.

How terrible.

Must be hard to type with all that risk of amputation "at hand"..

I type with my left hand. It still works.

Also, sometimes I drink a little too much and my sight gets blurry. That can be dangerous for a man of my size to stagger and fall on my arm.

I'm too important to let that happen to me.

P.S. Where is Mike? Tell him he still owes me Burgers and Frys at Prince of Wales Pub in San Mateo

Where's LoneStar and Tito?

They don't post here?

P.S. I received an email from Sinker asking me if I wanted to start a Giants Board with him.

I told him to F off.

He email me back and called Bertha an "old Hag" and he called me a "two bit cut throat"

Burglebutt,

Please post your street address on No. Humboldt. It would be my pleasure to pick you up on my way home from the City. I'm sure that GF9 would be more than happy to allow you to sleep on the spare couch in his carport. One word of caution though, look out for the scorpions. They love weak little stubby men with claw like appendages.
