Best post in several pages of crap.
Oh, and : Ishikawa, Villalona, Wendell Fairley. (responding to the inane question about recent draftees / signings of color). They got TONS of money.
--- Do not suggest trading for somebody for only two years (unless the Giants dump a crappy contract)

Like I said, I'm probably reaching when I say 'racist,' and I certainly didn't mean to insult you or anyone on the board, I was just trying to express a negative feeling I got from certain signings and change in attitudes.
When I mentioned insulting, meant it was insulting to the organization which has displayed a large amount of diversity over the years. But point taken.

Not only that, but their uniform colors are an insult to self respecting leprechauns everywhere.

Why are white people only good in the skilled positions in NBA and NFL? Free throws, 3-pointers, QB, and kicker. All positions that dont require as much physicality as a power forward, guard, LB's, WR, DB's
Are white people pussies?
BTW, I am caucasian.
So black quarterbacks aren't any good? Last I checked, that was a "skill" position.
I agree that there are not many blacks in baseball and it has been pointed out on this thread the reasons why. I would love to see more black youth pick up on baseball and play it as much as basketball or football.
BTW I was not insuating that the post was racist, I just thought that it was somewhat of an ignorant post.
This whole thread is ignorant, and you helped contribute to it. So whats your point?
MY point is that race does not matter. Pull yer head out.

Re: Crede deal already in the making??
So uh, yeah, how about that Joe Crede guy?
Despite having marginally more offensive value(no, not a lot, but he is better), his inferior defense to Feliz more or less negates whatever value that would have, thus rendering him the same, and quite possibly/likely costing the G's more in talent and dollars both to have him. As opposed to Feliz.
I hope this convo goes on all throughout ST. Because in the end, if we can get through spring training and have all your angst focused into this, KF will get through it without being verbally bashed too badly on his way to claiming 3rd base until Durham disappears.
Please, knock yourselves out.
What if they obtain Crede while losing Durham(somehow)? Huh, that would almost be logical. Nvm.....back to who's black and who's white, and why a casual fan should bother giving it a thought. Myself, I don't concern myself about the color of peoples skin that earn 6, 7 and 8 digit incomes. At that level, I have to assume that the most competent people do. Regardless of color.
I'm mostly Cherokee, you're all terrorists to me...

I doubt the Sox would have any interest in Ray Ray since they already have a problem with not being able to trade Uribe.
Personally, I wouldn't give up much for Crede. Roberts and a bag of baseballs maybe. I say this because Crede isn't signed beyond this year, is coming off a serious injury, and isn't going to really make that big of a difference for this team.
Just sayin'

I also think Sanchez is too high of a price to trade for Crede as well.

I keep seeing this rumor that the Giants will trade Lowry for Crede after both teams make sure both are healthy -- I pray that Sabean is not that retarded. Crede just is not very good and he is damaged goods and nothing of value should be traded for him.
