I'd give ASU a chance of running the table if they didn't just lose their starting RB for the year. I see something like a 10-2 season from them, which is a huge improvement from where they were last year.

im a bay area fan, I pull for both Cal and Stanford .... obviously Cal football gives me a little more excitement right now than does Stanford football

speaking of gravy train fans, Arizona State is the epitome and definition of a bandwagon university

you guys draw less people at a Sun Devil b-ball game than SF State

First of all, losing Torain won't be a problem when you see our next 2 running backs. They are the real deal. And you are a moron. I went to a Cal-ASU game last year in Berkeley and there was no one there. Oh yeah, ASU won too. This year we got the player of the year in CA (James Harden), and one of the top 3 guys in the state of WA (Janelle McMillan) and a transfer from Duke who was a McD's AA (Eric Boateng). Oh and a couple other guys who are no joke either. Sendek knows what is he doing.

And no, ASU is not the epitome of a bandwagon university. Cal "fans" would rather live in trees, smoke herb and talk about Descartes for days on end before they even thought about football. Well they did, until they started winning. Hmmmmmm

ASU sucks at everything outside of Football, but even in football they are a paper tiger this year. Christ, in hoops a couple seasons ago they lost to Utah Valley State at home. That's pathetic. That'd be like Cal losing to Stanislaus State.
Who have they beaten worth a squirt of piss? Nobody.
Dennis Erickson will get them to a BCS game sometime, but this year they aren't as good as the undefeated record they have. They are about at USF's level, and USF lost yesterday.
Cal will beat ASU.
However, ASU will probably beat USC.

ASU sucks at everything outside of football? Really? 2 College World Series appearances in the last 3 years must be pretty bad huh? Oh and their 5 baseball titles? That's not very good either.

When did those 5 baseball titles happen?

so [sign in to see URL] made the CWS, so did UC-Irvine.
Did they win 2 out of the last 3 years? No.
