Piss poor [sign in to see URL] the guy dead to rights at home, hesitates, then makes a little league throw to home allowing the run to score. How does he not get an error on that play? He then gets gunned down at home trying to score, although that's the 3rd base coaches fault for sending him in the first place.

Right on other points, can't say so on this one.

Lowry was the next batter and it's generally considered a good play when you, by sending the runner, make the defense execute a PERFECT relay, and they did in addition to an excellent block by Martin, to get the runner.

If you have a real bat on deck, then hold the runner and have 2nd and 3rd with no outs.
