ESPN.com is reporting that the Blazers have told Ohio State Center Greg Oden that he will be the #1 pick in tomorrow's NBA Draft.

No shock. The real issue is these crazy trade rumors.

According to the Chronicle, the Warriors still appear to have their eyes set on Chinese forward Yi Jianlian and are trying to trade up for him.

It's fine with me.... I love J-Rich, but he has bad knees, and is a streaky jump shooter. This clears up a lot of cap space so we can resign Beans and Monta later, and hopefully Barnes this season.

Im not the smartest BB guy around, but this seems like a solid trade for the W's

Clears up cap room to resign some in house talent.
Get a big athletic defender who can run the floor......
Long term good trade.....

Wallace sounds like he's returning to Charlotte. This trade for Richardson(4 yrs/$50M left) could mean that Jordan/Higgins aren't exactly the biggest Morrison fans.

I think this is a good deal for Golden State in the future. In the summer of 2009, the Warriors will have a ton of cap space, even with Ellis and Biedrins extended. The Warriors are now under the cap and have close to $10M worth of MLE money, so they could add some depth with role players and likely re-sign Barnes.

I think this will be next year's lineup:
Davis, Jackson, Barnes, Harrington, Biedrins

Bench: (no order) Ellis, Wright, Azubuike, Powell, O'Bryant, Jasikevicius, Belinelli, Foyle, (fillers here or guys that could be a big part of the bench)
