Is it too much to ask

to have a forum where it's a flat board.

The very essence of beloved board was that the threads didn't really matter; I would just read the messages as they were, in the order they were posted.

With the flat format, you could tell who was currently posting and rapidly read from the point you left off from the last time you checked in.

we can try, but this is how most if not all of the run boards are set up. merkin and i will have to check out other sites to see if that's possible. we did have a shoutbox once upon a time that allowed you to type as if it was a chat with instant replies sort of.

i hope i answered your question.

Hamels started toward the dugout after what he thought was a strike. Lincecum didn't get the call & buzzed ump Dana DeMuth w. a fastball that slammed off the backstop & then froze Hamels w. another 3rd strike. 4/28/10 Timmy the ump killer.

That would be a major shift in the design of the board.
It would have to be the will of the masses for a change like that

I personally like this format, and vote it not to be changed.

ESPN had a function where you could choose to have a flat or threaded view. I don't mind either to be honest, but it was a nice option.

I'm glad that we've found a home avay from Ze Reich in their ghastly brownshirts.
