hell yeah

Best baseball game I ever watched (despite having a DH).

Joe Panik saved the game in the 3rd.

#40 did what I thought Kershaw might do in leading the Bums to the WS.

They better re-sign Sandoval. He played like a man possessed last night. He looked like a fat Pete Rose (with a much better arm).

The best thing about this team is all but 4 players who played last night came up through the Giants’ system.

3 of 5. Not too shabby.

I thought the Bums would win it this year with Kershaw dominating each series. !@#$ the Bums, !@#$ Kershaw and !@#$ Ned Colleti and his $200mm payroll. The 2014 Giants played baseball the old fashioned way with team work, guts, defense and pitching and #40 put himself and the team in the history books.

tweet of the century....

Adrian Gonzalez said #SFGiants winning the World Series "makes me feel like we were a great team" because #Dodgers won NL West.

That was a terrific play by Panik. The Royals would have had runners on the corners with nobody out. After he made that play, I was pretty certain that the Giants were going to win. I would be lying though if I didn't say that my stomach wasn't in knots after Greg White missed that ball in center and then Perez started to kick it around in left center field. What MadBum did not only in game 7, but in this postseason was truly remarkable. You will probably never see that again. Just complete and utter domination. Well Ram, you will be glad to know that two of the early favorites next year are none other than the Nats and Doyers. The Dodgers better pray that St. Louis isn't in the mix. They absolutely own Kershaw.

Yep. Was just going to post about Lester. Not confirmed, but it sounds like the Giants are very close to getting Lester. This is unconfirmed.

According to Buster Olney, Lester's decision could bleed over till tomorrow {Buster Olney @Buster_ESPN 6h 6 hours ago Jon Lester's final decision might bleed over into Wednesday, as he sorts through offers that now include 6/150m from multiple teams}. This is just my opinion now, but it seems that the longer this thing plays out, the less likely that he is going to come here. This kind of feels like what happened with panda all over again. Waiting a few days for a decision only to be left out in the cold. We will see. I would love to be wrong. If I hear anything from my source, I will be sure to let you guys know.

Appears that the Giants are out of the Lester sweepstakes [Alex Pavlovic @AlexPavlovic 58s58 seconds ago Giants are out on Lester}. Sabey sabes said he had “no clue” where Lester was signing. Probably Boston.
