LOL come on chubs actually i'm being purely factual here, it has nothing to do with what I find ideal. He's still overweight...and that's a fact.

Way to go Pablo! Keep playing like that and I might have to put on some lbs myself just to show my appreciation.

Jeez sorry I said I hate fat people okay? I was mostly kidding...

Crow?
Why can't we eat more pheasant?

You guys alla time copycopycopy for your quotes

And then you get these weird concentric things goin' on. I need them color coded to keep track.

Waitin' on someone to try to copy that War And Peace novel I posted on "Perception Test".
Make your little activity icons go nuts.

Another win and we're out of the hole, .500!
It must suck to be a Cardinal fan, Isn't half their rotation out for the year?
And they're just waiting for the final nail...when the big man leaves.

Who's going to bag Pooholes, anyway?
Who has the need and the cash to match?

He may be overweight by trainer standards but you weren't being purely factual...the guy has lost 3 more pounds since the end of spring training according to Krukow..so him putting weight back on is incorrect...According to Krukow and a few ST articles he was working out after games now as well...And him looking like his hasn't lost weight at all? That's pure glass work needed there..nothing close to factual..the guy looks like he lost a whole Fontenot...

And another great game today..that defense was stellar out there and hits were even moreso..looks like we swapped pablos inept D last year with TeNadas inept D this year..

by "trainers standards"?!?! How about by the AMA's standards? How about by anyone who knows a !@#$ bit about what is healthy and what is not? You, mr "you are ign'ant" clearly do not.

I'm thinking that Pablo is definitely not among the league leaders in BMI, and that if he doesn't watch what he eats on the road, it will inflate along with his waistline.

Don't bother 25....Pablo has lost 40 lbs and there are mornic fans that STILL question his weight and think he has added pounds...No, that is the baggy jersey he wears.

Oregondave is a tool, as he displayed last year when crying about Pablo minutes before Pablo hit a double in Game 5 of the NLCS to put the Giants up 5-4....

As for Clash77...This is the same stooge that said Matt Downs was a better hitter than Freddy Sanchez. Let's just say "he ain't too bright".

Pablo is showing early signs of squaring up pitches out of the strikezone...A skill he displayed in 09' but not 10'.... My guess is that the excess fat and laziness slowed his bat down...That bat speed looks to be back, as well as improved range.

So rather than give credit to a guy who is trying to turn his lifestyle around and improve,(which he already has, with 40 lbs lost) you revert to being negative nancy and point out that he needs to "watch what he eats".

What brilliance do you have next, pray tell? Gonna mention that the sky is blue and that water is wet? Get a grip, dumbass.

Re:

BMI is the dumbest thing in the world. Everything must be done on an person to person basis, not some empirical system like BMI. I have never, ever met the BMI standards for a "healthy" person for someone of my height. If I did,I would look like skeletor. Some people are naturally thin, some people are bigger like me. If you saw me though, you would never guess that I was an unhealthy overweight person, because I am not. Pablo is never going to be 210 pounds, he's got a stocky body type. He is still ten times more athletic than the average person, and probably 100 times healthier than the average person of his height and body weight. It's like some Samoans, when they are 230 pounds they look like they are anorexic. Just how it is.

Now get over your prejudices to people that don't look like Steve Prefontaine and enjoy a very good baseball player. Would you have been hating on Babe Ruth too if you were around in his day?
